Ratnasambhava 24K Gold Gilded Sculpture: The Jewel-Born Radiance

Ratnasambhava 24K Gold Gilded Sculpture measures 12.8 inches (32.5 cm) in height with an 8.3-inch (21 cm) base and weighs 3.35 kg. The sculpture is handcrafted from a copper body and finished with radiant 24K gold gilding, creating a rich golden surface that enhances the carefully carved form, facial features, robes, hands, and decorative pedestal. Acrylic painting is applied to selected areas of the sculpture, adding definition and contrast to the detailed workmanship and helping distinguish the individual elements of the figure. The combination of copper construction, hand-carved detailing, 24K gold gilding, and acrylic-painted accents reflects the precision and craftsmanship of skilled Nepali artisans. With its elegant proportions and finely finished surface, this sculpture is well suited for display on a Buddhist altar, in a meditation space, temple, or spiritual collection.

The sculpture depicts Ratnasambhava seated upright on an ornate lotus-style pedestal, with his legs crossed in a composed seated posture. His right hand extends downward with the palm facing outward, while his left hand rests near his lap and holds a rounded bowl. He wears a draped monastic robe that covers his upper body and falls naturally around his seated form, with carefully carved folds visible across the garment. His face features a calm expression with clearly defined eyes, nose, and lips, while elongated earlobes frame both sides of his face. His head is covered with tightly patterned curls and topped by a rounded ushnisha. The figure is positioned on a layered pedestal decorated with carved ornamental patterns and lotus-inspired detailing, completing the visible composition of the sculpture.
