This Green Tara Statue in Compassionate Posture represents Green Tara's swift action, divine grace, and wisdom. This statue, which measures 25.2" (Height) x 15.7" (Base) and weighs 10.76 kg, is handmade from copper, embellished with 24K gold gilding, and enhanced with gold and acrylic paints. This statue, crafted by skilled Nepalese artisans, is a powerful addition to altars, meditation spaces, or spiritual collections, providing inspiration and spiritual protection.

Green Tara is represented in an elegant and dynamic position, seated on a brilliant lotus throne, symbolising her unlimited compassion and willingness to help people in need. Her right leg is extended forward, an intentional gesture indicating her active involvement in easing the suffering of sentient creatures and her prompt response to their pleas. Her hands, loaded with profound symbolism, accentuate her celestial nature. The right hand is extended in the "gesture of giving" (Varada Mudra), symbolising her unlimited generosity and willingness to bestow blessings, abundance, and protection on all who call upon her. This act symbolises her maternal nature and her role as a source of comfort and support. In her left hand, she softly cradles a blue lotus (Utpala), which represents purity, spiritual enlightenment, and transcendence. The lotus, unaffected by the muck from which it emerges, represents enlightenment free of worldly attachments. Green Tara holds the Utpala to provide confidence and direction, reminding seekers of the road to inner purity and the possibility of spiritual development.

There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
