Handmade Sculpture of Green Tara: Mother of Liberation

This Green Tara statue, is a beautifully handcrafted piece made from an Oxidized copper body covered with 24K gold gilding, adorned with intricate gold and acrylic paintings. Created by skilled Nepali artisans, it reflects a harmonious blend of traditional craftsmanship and spiritual expression. In her iconography, Green Tara is shown wearing a five-pointed crown symbolizing the Five Dhyani Buddhas. Her right hand is extended in varada mudra, the gesture of generosity, while her left hand forms vitarka mudra, symbolizing the transmission of wisdom. Both hands hold lotus stems, representing purity and enlightenment. Seated with her right leg extended, she displays her readiness to swiftly act in offering protection and compassion to all beings.
