Shakyamuni Buddha, Peaceful Sculpture measures 13 inches (33 cm) in height with a 9.8-inch (25 cm) base and weighs 3.44 kilograms. Expertly crafted from copper and adorned with 24K gold gilding, it features exquisite gold and acrylic detailing. Reflecting the refined tradition of Himalayan artistry, this statue is ideal for meditation spaces, personal altars, or sacred décor, offering both aesthetic beauty and spiritual presence.

Shakyamuni is seated in padmasana atop a lotus base. His right hand is in bhumisparsa mudra (earth-touching gesture), symbolizing the moment of his enlightenment, while his left hand holds an alms bowl, representing renunciation and the monastic path. The statue features the ushnisha on his head, marking his awakened status. This finely detailed piece is a profound addition to altars, meditation spaces, or sacred collections, inspiring peace, mindfulness, and spiritual awakening.

Shakyamuni Buddha—also known as Siddhartha Gautama—is the historical founder of Buddhism. Born around the 5th to 6th century BCE in what is now Nepal and India, he was a prince who renounced his royal life to seek the end of suffering. After years of meditation and spiritual practice, he attained enlightenment (bodhi) under the Bodhi tree and became the "Awakened One" or Buddha.
