Description

Siddhartha Gautama the Buddha Statue for Meditation and Spirituality

This traditional Siddhartha Gautama the Buddha statue made of copper, gilded in gold, and highlighted with acrylic paints, was skillfully hand-carved in our workshop. In the statue, the historical Buddha is depicted serenely seated on a moon disc lotus seat with an elaborately decorated and carved, halo surrounding his head. He holds an alms bowl in his right hand while portraying the 'Bhumisparsa Mudra,’ representing the Buddha's awakening. We guarantee the statue's quality as only the best materials were used.

It is a perfect souvenir for any devotee like yourself, can be used for Buddhist rituals, and is an excellent addition to your Altar.

Size: 8.6"/22cm (Height) x 5.1"/13cm (Base)

Shakyamuni Siddhartha Gautama was Buddha's original name. Only when he became the Buddha was he given the name Shakyamuni. Buddha means "awakened one" in Sanskrit. In his left hand, he carries an alms bowl filled with three priceless nectars, signifying his victory over the three demons of uncontrollable death, polluted aggregates, and delusion.
