This 13 Inch Handmade Shakyamuni Buddha Statue measures 13.0”/33cm in height and 9.4”/24cm in width, weighing 3.16kg. Expertly crafted from a copper body and adorned with 24K gold gilding, intricate gold and acrylic paintings, it reflects the skill and devotion of Nepali artisans, making it a meaningful addition to personal altars, meditation spaces, or spiritual collections.

Shakyamuni Buddha is depicted in padmāsana (lotus posture), radiating a serene presence. His right hand is in bhūmisparśa mudrā (earth-touching gesture), symbolizing the moment of enlightenment and calling the earth as witness. The left hand holds an alms bowl, representing renunciation and generosity. He features a uṣṇīṣa atop his head, elongated ears, and sits on a lotus base, all emphasizing purity, wisdom, and spiritual awakening.

Shakyamuni Buddha, also known as Siddhārtha Gautama, is the historical founder of Buddhism and revered as the “Sage of the Shakyas.” Born a prince in Lumbini (modern-day Nepal), he renounced a life of luxury after witnessing the suffering of the world and embarked on a spiritual quest for liberation. Through deep meditation under the Bodhi tree, he attained complete enlightenment, realizing the Four Noble Truths and the path to Nirvāṇa, the cessation of suffering.

Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

1. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. Once we receive the item back, we will process your refund.

2. In Case of Customs Return, where the package is returned to us from customs due to incomplete documentation, unresponsiveness, or refusal to accept the parcel by the receiver, we will deduct certain percentage of the order value to cover the international shipping and handling costs.
