Expertly handcrafted by skilled Nepali artisans, this Spiritual Guru Rinpoche Handmade Sculpture stands an impressive 23.4” (59.5 cm) in height with a 14.2” (36 cm) base and weighs 10.51 kg. Masterfully crafted from a durable copper body, the sculpture is lavishly adorned with 24K gold gilding, intricate acrylic paintings, silver plating, and carefully inlaid gemstones, showcasing the exceptional artistry of traditional Himalayan craftsmanship. Guru Rinpoche, also known as Padmasambhava, is depicted seated majestically in the royal posture upon a lotus throne, radiating spiritual authority and enlightened wisdom. In his right hand, he holds a five-pronged vajra at his heart, symbolizing indestructible wisdom, while his left hand cradles a skull cup (kapala) containing the vase of longevity, representing the nectar of immortal wisdom. Resting against his left shoulder is the khatvanga trident, adorned with symbolic ornaments that signify his tantric realization and spiritual accomplishments. He wears his distinctive lotus hat, elaborate monastic and royal robes, celestial ornaments, and finely detailed boots, while his penetrating gaze, mustache, and composed expression reflect his fearless compassion and mastery over obstacles.

Padmasambhava, reverently known as Guru Rinpoche (Precious Master), is a revered 8th-century Indian Buddhist master credited with establishing Vajrayana Buddhism in Tibet. He is particularly celebrated for transmitting the tantric teachings, subduing negative forces, and concealing numerous 'termas' or spiritual treasures for future generations. His teachings emphasize compassion, wisdom, and the direct path to enlightenment, making him a central figure in Tibetan Buddhism.
