Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara) is the revered Bodhisattva of Compassion in Tibetan Buddhism. He is believed to hear the cries of all sentient beings in the universe and works tirelessly to relieve their suffering. Often depicted with multiple heads and arms to symbolize his omnipresent awareness and boundless ability to help, his mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hum' is widely chanted for purification and to awaken inner compassion.

During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.

2. In Case of Customs Return, where the package is returned to us from customs due to incomplete documentation, unresponsiveness, or refusal to accept the parcel by the receiver, we will deduct certain percentage of the order value to cover the international shipping and handling costs.
