Drogon Chogyal Pagpa (1235–1280) was the fifth leader of the Sakya school of Tibetan Buddhism, holding the title Sakya Trizin. He was a pivotal figure who unified Tibet under his spiritual and political authority, earning the recognition of Kublai Khan. Known for his vast scholarship and meditative attainments, Pagpa played a crucial role in the dissemination of Buddhist teachings and in establishing a unified Buddhist spiritual and administrative system in Tibet.

There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
