Consecration Service Available
Each statue contains a sacred chamber for mantra and relic fillings to bestow spiritual empowerment. During consecration, these sacred items are placed inside and blessed through traditional rituals performed by the ordained monks. There is a fee for this service, offered as a respectful contribution to the monastery.
Please note: Once consecrated, the statue becomes a sacred object and cannot be returned or refunded.

Each piece is created with great care and devotion. However, if for any reason you need to return your item, we're here to help.
1. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. Once we receive the item back, we will process your refund.
2. In Case of Customs Return, where the package is returned to us from customs due to incomplete documentation, unresponsiveness, or refusal to accept the parcel by the receiver, we will deduct certain percentage of the order value to cover the international shipping and handling costs.

I could not be happier with Termatree's customer service to facilitate this for me - above and beyond packaging my purchase - AND to provide me with the opportunity to make an offering to Shechen Monastery.
Shortly after I placed my order Nima began kindly communicating with me. I had requested the statue be consecrated at Shechen Monastery and Nima provided some touching photos of the process with Lama-la, and then my package was on its way. I received the Longchenpa statue yesterday, and was utterly amazed from the moment the DHL package reached my hands. The statue was packed in a highly secured wooden box which, once opened, was further packed full of protective material around the carefully bubble-wrapped statue. The statue itself is far more beautiful than pictured and I feel absolutely honored to now have it on the shrine in my home.
