Handmade Statue of Yogini Sridevi | Spiritual Decor

The Statue of Yogini Sridevi stands at a height of 12.6 inches (32 cm) with a base width of 12.2 inches (31 cm) and weighs approximately 8.36 kg. It is made from a copper body, 24K gold gilding, and acrylic paintings. This statue represents Yogini Sridevi, a deity associated with wisdom, compassion, and spiritual power. It makes a perfect addition to any altar, meditation space, or as a meaningful gift for those seeking spiritual growth.

Palden Lhamo is depicted in a ferocious and protective form, exposing her sharp teeth as she gnaws on a human corpse, with an intimidating gaze from her three bloodshot eyes. She rides the back of a khyang, an untrainable mule that responds to her loud, thunder-like shrieks, symbolizing unstoppable energy and fierce protection of the Dharma. Her left hand is raised to chest level, holding a blood-filled skull of a child born from an incestuous union, representing the transformation of opposing forces. Her right hand holds a sandalwood club topped with a vajra, a symbol that ensures the integrity of those bound by oaths in upholding the Buddha's teachings, known as the Dharma.

Below her are two animal-headed female attendants, Makarakurti and Simhavaktra. Makarakurti, with a makara (mythical sea creature) head, symbolizes vigilance and the power to ward off obstacles. The overall iconography emphasizes Palden Lhamo’s fierce protective energy, her role as a guardian of spiritual law, and her unwavering commitment to safeguarding practitioners and the Dharma.
