Traditional Green Tara Buddha Mantra Practice Statue
We created this wonderfully carved Green Tara Buddha Mantra Statue in our studio. We are a group of Buddhist sculptors practicing our craft for many years. For this Tara sculpture, we selected the ideal color scheme and gold gilding combination to create an exquisite sculpture. She is seen holding an utpala stem in both hands while seated on a lotus seat, her right hand doing the varada mudra and her left hand making the vitarka mudra. She has a tranquil expression on her face. This is highlighted with the use of acrylic painting. The intricate patterns on the robe are the main highlight of the statue. We used a hammer and small chisels to hand-carve the intricate design patterns. To do delicate carvings, artists must have decades of experience as he has to create intricate design patterns on a small surface area.
This figurine of Green Tara will be a perfect gift from Nepal to a devotee like you that will aid you in your practices and regular activities such as meditation and yoga.

Green Tara is portrayed as compassionate, providing comfort and protection from the world's suffering. In Buddhism, her mantra is "om tare tuttare ture soha" by reciting this mantra; We are merely asking for Tara's blessings and assistance with our daily lives and "real world" problems. To be freed from the misery of mental delusions and negative emotions, and to achieve the same enlightened body, speech, and mind that Tara represents, not just for our benefit, but for the benefit of all sentient beings.
