Three Life Long Deities: An Ode to Immortality and Wisdom

Three Life Long Deities Statue Set is a finely handcrafted Buddhist sculpture collection created by skilled Nepali artisans, measuring 22.05 inches (56cm) in height with a 16.21 inches (41.18cm) base and weighing 41.18 kg. Crafted from a copper body and richly adorned with 24K gold gilding and detailed acrylic painting, this sacred set reflects the exceptional artistry and traditional techniques of Himalayan metalwork. Its majestic arrangement, radiant finish, and intricate craftsmanship make it ideal for Buddhist altars, meditation spaces, monasteries, or spiritual collections.

The sculpture set represents the Three Long Life Deities of Tibetan Buddhism: Amitayus Buddha, White Tara, and Ushnishavijaya (Namgyalma), who together symbolize longevity, health, purification, and protection from obstacles. Amitayus Buddha, seated at the center, represents infinite life and holds the long-life vase filled with the nectar of immortality. White Tara, associated with healing and compassionate longevity, is depicted with her peaceful expression and graceful posture. Ushnishavijaya, the three-faced longevity deity, represents purification and the overcoming of karmic obstacles. Each deity is seated upon an intricately carved lotus pedestal, adorned with detailed crowns, jewelry, and sacred attributes. The 24K gold gilding and acrylic painting enhance the divine ornaments, robes, and symbolic elements, highlighting the devotion and precision of Himalayan artisans.

The Three Life Long Deities, or Tsé Lha Nam Sum in Tibetan Buddhism, are Amitayus, Ushnishavijaya, and White Tara. These three enlightened beings are collectively invoked for long life, freedom from illness, and purification of negative karma, particularly to prevent untimely death and ensure a full span of life conducive to spiritual practice. Their practice is a central aspect of many Tibetan Buddhist traditions.
