Copper Body Statue For Vaishravana Mantra Practice
We are the artist of the Kathmandu valley who has finely handmade the Namtoshe, Vaishravana mantra statue in the classic Himalayan Art style. The Buddhist equivalent of Kubera, the lord of riches who is brilliantly portrayed, is Namotoshe or Vaishravana. The meticulously hand-carved figurine was made over the course of several months. Namtoshe is seen sitting atop a roaring lion that is resting on a lotus seat. He is shown as the riches deity by holding a triumph banner in his right hand and a wish-fulfilling jewel in his left. He is donning a crown with five prongs, which stands for the Five Transcendental Buddhas. In addition to sporting lovely jewelry, he is dressed in a long, flowing scarf. We have placed a halo of flames behind the deity in an artistic manner. The figurine is carved entirely using the oxidized copper body.
This statue of Namtoshe has accurate traditional iconography and fine details.

He has two main personalities: warrior protector and wealth deity. In the 14th century, he was one of the primary protectors of the Gelugpa Sect in Tibet and he played an important role in the Tantra. In southern Asia, He is called Jambhala because he always carries Jambhala (lemon) in one of his hands. Though he possesses various attributes and forms, such as a sword, a banner, a lemon, and a flat vessel, among others, his most common attribute or emblem is a mongoose (Nakula).
