The copper statue is meticulously gilded in 24K gold giving it a brilliant shine. He is depicted sitting on a moon disc lotus seat, with his right hand holding a vajra, symbolizing the indestructible nature of enlightenment, and a ritual bell in his left hand that represents the wisdom that cuts through ignorance. He is bejeweled with precious gemstones like the turquoise meticulously placed by our artists.
The Vajrasattva statue is an effective tool for meditation and ritual purification. One is claimed to move closer to enlightenment by meditating on the statue or reciting Vajrasattva mantras, which purify negative karma and impediments.
