Auspicious Statue of Vajrasattva Made in Nepal

We have finely hand-carved the statue of Vajrasattva made in Nepal. The sculpture of Dorje Sempa, hand crafted in a pure copper body, gilded with genuine 24k gold, and hand-painted with acrylic color, is exquisitely mesmerizing. You can use this artwork on different occasions and in your regular meditational activities. We have elegantly adorned the crown with precious turquoise and embellished the ornaments with valuable corals and gemstones. We have portrayed a deity on the top of a moon disc lotus seat with a tranquil expression.

Vajrasatva is typically regarded as the second patriarch in the Shingon Buddhist lineage, the first being Vairocana Buddha. According to Kukai's writings in Record of the Dharma Transmission, Nagarjuna encountered Vajrasatva in an iron tower in southern India, based on Amoghavajra's testimony. As recounted in the Mahavairocana Sutra, Vajrasatva inducted Nagarjuna into the abhiseka ceremony and entrusted him with the esoteric teachings he had gained from Vairocana Buddha. Kukai doesn't go into detail on Vajrasatva or his beginnings.
