She drinks from a kapala filled with blood that she holds in her left hand with an upturned mouth. Her hair is in an unbound and flowing style. Her right leg steps on Rati's chest, while her left leg steps on Kamadeva's forehead. Her throne is crowned with a crown made of five human skulls. She also has a necklace made up of fifty human skulls. She is depicted in a standing position in a raging fire.

The primary deity of Tibetan Buddhism, Vajrayogini, sometimes called the "Wrathful Dakini," is the embodiment of enlightened insight and loving action. As a manifestation of the divine feminine spirit that surpasses dualism and guides followers to the pinnacle of enlightenment, she is held in high regard. Vajrayogini is portrayed as an angry goddess, signifying her capacity to change unfavorable feelings into enlightened attributes. During your spiritual practice, call upon her energy to transform and to awaken the wisdom and compassion that are already within you.
