Lhago Tokpa has four ferocious heads, each with bared fangs and flaming hair. The four heads symbolize the all-reaching and multidirectional power of enlightened speech, surpassing the triad of Trowo Tsochok Khagying. He has ten arms (some sources mention eight arms in certain representations), each holding various weapons and magical tools such as swords, axes, spears, and fire. These symbolize his readiness to combat every possible obstacle or demon, and the ability of enlightened speech to address countless beings in all directions. Lhago Tokpa stands in a wrathful, dynamic posture, surrounded by flames of wisdom. He is adorned with bone ornaments, skull crowns, and other wrathful attributes typical of tantric deities.
