This week, we are honored to highlight a divine and radiant masterpiece, the Marici Gold Gilded Sacred Statue, a stunning embodiment of light, protection, and spiritual empowerment. Revered across Buddhist traditions, Mārīcī’s presence signifies the breaking of darkness, the dispelling of fear, and the illumination of the path toward inner and outer safety

Who Is Marici? The Ray of Light

The name Mārīcī itself literally means “Ray of Light,” and reflects her role as the goddess of dawn, clarity, and protection. In Buddhist teachings, she is a guardian figure invoked to safeguard practitioners from physical dangers such as theft, fire, poisons, and even sudden death, as well as from ignorance and spiritual obstacles. Her light pierces through darkness, guiding beings toward safety and awakening.

Traditionally, she is depicted with multiple arms holding sacred implements, symbolizing her ability to dispel adversity, and is often associated with protective qualities that extend to travelers, warriors, and devotees alike.

What sets this Marici statue apart is its extraordinary craftsmanship and sacred significance:

  • Material & Finish: Handcrafted copper body, meticulously gilded with 24K gold to radiate divine light and spiritual refinement.

  • Sacred Aura: The gleaming surface and intricate detailing create an aura of strength and purity, making it a compelling focal point for altars, meditation spaces, or sacred collections.

  • Symbolic Presence: Beyond aesthetic beauty, the statue embodies Marici’s protective energy, inviting practitioners to feel shielded on their spiritual and worldly journeys
